The Texas Consumer Association continually posts and updates its legislative recommendations for the competitive electricity market on their website. In my opinion, the association should conduct far greater in- depth studies of the unfair practices followed by the majority of the REPs and move swiftly to persuade our lawmakers to enact reforms.
